Uploaded by the author, SmartTracker Inventory contains a number of features designed to help you quickly organize and catalog your personal/office possessions. Keep a record of your belongings for insurance purposes, to help calculate your net worth, or to simply be able to locate your personal property. The following notes will illustrate SmartTracker Inventory's flexibility and variety of features designed to allow maximum customization and ease of use.
Features include:
- Scrollable viewer
- Ability to edit data directly from the viewer
- Change colors in the viewer or add grid lines
- All field names may be renamed to your liking
- All data is now loaded into the viewer at once
- Inventory Input (Edit) Window
- Enter a multitude of information about your personal/office possessions in a simple, straight-forward fashion
- The input (edit) window is comprised of four tabs
- If you have similar items to input, save time by using the copy function
- Clear button
- Several fields have drop down list boxes that contain a list of all previous entries
- The standard windows clipboard copy and paste functions are now available for all fields
- Searches
- The Search Window allows you to enter specific search criteria to locate a set of items
- You may select to search on one field or multiple fields
- Alternatively, you may choose to search for different items in the same field, such as looking for all Sony, GE and Mayt
